Try this: Is the original file u uploaded to eblogger better in quality? If so try uploading to Youtube, i think they have the HD version available, or the best one is to upload it in vimeo. After that just copy the embed html data into ure post.
If the original file is crap. Try rencoding the file to a different type. Are u using the Power Director? or a different editor? Make sure u make the screen size to the optimal, for the blog. Making it to small or too big, could may or may not improve the viewing quality.
