Only in Switzerland...

I found out a few interesting things about Switzerland during my stay here...

1) If you are Swiss, you have to serve in the military for a few weeks every year from the age of 18 until you are 34. The higher rank you attain, the longer you will serve.. in some cases up to 50 years old. If you are disabled, and could not contribute physically in the army, you are expected to pay taxes which consist 3% of your annual salary...

2) Only in Switzerland can you order things from Swiss online shops and get your order without paying first. You are expected to pay later of course.

3) You will get fined CHF200.00 for recycling in another suburb. If you are not a resident in the area, you are not allowed to recycle and do the noble deed.

and last but not least

4) If you happen to get into a car accident with another vehicle during winter in Switzerland, and you don't have winter tyres on... you pay for EVERYTHING... even if it's not your fault. That's the regulation here..

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the wayyy..

How cute... what I saw in my neighbour's garden today..

It sure is early for snow this year...

Prank FINALE.

Before you click on to see this video... Just a little introduction. The guy in this clip is called 3G. A funny, adorable, easy-going, laid-back man. He is running infront of my office because he did a prank on me 10 minutes earlier... by switching off the lights in my room and running off laughing. So instead of the usual paper-clip toss, this is what I did as payback.

Bye bye Collex..

Holy cow! I didn't realise I gathered so much stuff in the past three years. The movers have already started packing my stuff, so hopefully everything will be in Brunei by the time I arrive... InsyAllah...
