1) be in denial
This is your first step in the stress-free process. Switch off your brain for a few moments. Don't lose sleep over shit... because shit happens. and even shit happens to shit. and if you can't be in denial mode, then pretend like everything is ok. you can cry later.
2) crap as many times as you can in one day
Eat lots of vegies, fruits and fibre-filled foods. Once you 'drop the kids in the pool' as my brother likes to put it, you will feel better... trust me. and not one of those 'forced' crap either. The forced 'crap' isn't good for uranus. LOL. and ok, if you can't take a dump, then FART at least.
3) google or youtube your favourite animals
you can't help but smile. they are just.. awesome. fullstop.
4) watch a horror movie
I would recommend for you to watch 'shutter', 'the descent' or... any of the 'Saw' movies... this will help you also to deliver point no. 2 above.
But hey what do i know? I'm no doctor. Go see a doctor or a shrink... that will probably make you feel better.. but! at least my tips cost nothing! LOL!
